Chrome Web Store is only disabled when you're signed in with your SEU account in Chrome itself. All you need to do to gain access is to sign out and back in with a personal Google account, or stay signed out entirely. That should let you get any extension you need installed.

just for awareness, in sensitive cases (divorce, deadname, etc) we can give a faculty or staff member a Gmail alias, but the username doesn’t ever change. Back in the past, former EIS staff members could take a very labor intensive process to delete a username, make a new one, and tie everything in Banner and Okta to it, but it was always a clunky and imprecise thing that causes future issues but we do not do aliases for students
That's one of the newer Macs - Apple started making their own CPUs for these laptops a few years back, and they're pretty great options. Your daughter should have at least 5-7 years of updates for the operating system, and it should work well!

Students, we are unable to provide support for personal computers on campus by the US team. I think you can help them run Windows or Mac updates to see if a driver needs to be updated. If the device has physical damage, the student may need to contact the laptop manufacturer support or Geek Squad.

The major and minor lists are restricted like how they used to be under Sympa - you can send, and anyone in the group will receive, but students can't. Their replies would get a send error and not end up anywhere, unless they had been given previous manual access to send to that list (maybe a student worker in the dean's office, for example)

We can add xxxxxxxxx to the Zoom phone, but you actually have the access to add and remove email delegates. Sign in to the clinic email directly (as in with its own username and password - this is best done in a Chrome incognito mode tab where you are NOT signed in to your St. Edward's account) and you'll see a tab in Gmail to edit delegates. This is where you can add him, and remove yourself. Once that's done, you can give him that password to change and add or remove any delegates himself the next go-around.
Here are some instructions from Google for delegating Gmail. Let me know if you get stuck signing in to that account.

BOX reset
Marina, you're going to get an email to 'rejoin' the SEU Box account. Basically, if you leave the university and return (student to staff, etc) your Box account goes with you - so when you come back, we don't 'own' it and can't log you in!
You'll be directed to reset your [Box.com](https://box.com/) password (not your St. Edward's password) and after that, you can accept that invite. Once you do, your regular credentials will allow you to log in to box as expected.
Please let me know if you have trouble with this process.
